What kind of typing service do you provide?
Suzanne at Full Stop Typing has a varied secretarial and transcription background, and therefore offers the following typing services:

Home Surveys, Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Photographic Schedules, Scott Schedules, and Site Notes.

General correspondence, emails and notes.

Copy typing formatted leases and legal documents.

One-to-one interviews.
Are you able to use my templates and standard paragraphs?
Yes, we can use your templates and standard paragraphs (copying and pasting of standard paragraphs may be subject to non-audio rates). We can also type reports on the RICS ProForms and GoReport websites.
Do I need to send a minimum amount of dictation or work?
No, there is no minimum or maximum requirement of work to send each month. Full Stop Typing are happy to audio type one-off voice notes, long audio files and copy type lengthy documents, for as long as you need us.
What sort of audio files can you transcribe and how do I get them to you?
We use "Express Scribe Transcription Software Pro" which supports popular formats such as WAV, MP3, WMA. You can send your audio files to us via email, Dropbox, Google Docs, or other Cloud systems. Full Stop Typing delete audio files once work has been returned to you.
What about the confidentiality of the work I send to you?
Confidentiality is of huge importance to Full Stop Typing. If required, we can sign your Confidentiality Agreement. We will not pass on information, audio files, templates, photographs, etc., to third parties, and we will not discuss anything that we have typed.
What quality of work can I expect?
Superior quality and attention to detail is extremely important to Full Stop Typing. With a focus on personalised service and fast turnaround, we are always striving to meet and exceed expectations. In the unfortunate case you do have an issue, this will be rectified immediately.
How quickly do you return my typing?
We aim to return typing within two working days of receipt of audio files or work (dependent on the size of each audio file or job). We are extremely flexible and can discuss the timeframe that best suits your needs. If you have a large audio file or job, please contact us on 07811 430074 to discuss turnaround times.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Full Stop Typing do not require either party to sign a contract. However, if you would prefer to enter into a contract with us, please get in touch to discuss terms.
How do I pay for Full Stop Typing's transcription services?
Our standard procedure is to invoice clients on the last working day of each month. Payment is due strictly within 14 days. We can discuss different invoicing terms with you; for example, you may prefer to be invoiced after each job is completed instead of monthly. Full Stop Typing reserve the right to charge daily interest on late payments.
